Information we process

We process account and workspace information, customer-owned media and metadata you upload, team activity, support communications, billing status, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

We use information to provide the workspace, store and display your media, manage access, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or customer content.

Service providers and payments

We use contracted infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and billing providers. Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases and processes billing information under its own privacy terms. NativePort does not store full payment-card details.

Retention and security

Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and billing obligations. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
