Contracting party and electronic acceptance

NativePort is currently operated and billed by our business in Türkiye; a United States entity is expected to begin operating separately. Your checkout receipt or invoice identifies the contracting and billing party for your purchase. Clicking “Accept and continue” and entering your legal name forms an electronic record of your agreement. You may save or print these terms and may contact us to request a copy of your acceptance record.

The service

NativePort provides US-side publishing infrastructure for customer-owned short-form video. Customers upload content and publishing instructions; NativePort coordinates account preparation, US-based device access, scheduling, and native-app publishing operations.

Existing-account operations

Eligible customers may bring an existing TikTok account for review and ongoing publishing under an active monthly plan. NativePort may review account history, audience geography, recent operating context, and platform warnings before accepting the engagement. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

For an accepted account, the customer may authorize NativePort to sign in on a US device using the dedicated, time-limited secure handoff in the dashboard. Login details must never be sent by email, WhatsApp, support messages, or ordinary forms. The handoff expires after 60 minutes, is available to a re-authenticated operator once, and is deleted from the server immediately after retrieval. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and follow the same one-time process. Customers retain ownership, recovery control, and the right to request removal of operational access.

For a newly created TikTok account, TikTok may send a verification code to the customer-controlled account email. The customer must submit that code only through the time-limited NativePort dashboard form. The code is handled once and its encrypted server copy is deleted after retrieval.

Customers understand that device, country, and login changes may trigger TikTok security checks, restrictions, or alerts. NativePort cannot guarantee platform acceptance or account safety, and customers are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with TikTok's terms.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and must have the rights and permissions required to upload and use it. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and platform compliance of your content and publishing instructions.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Billing, invoices, payment-method updates, and self-service cancellation are handled through Polar's customer portal. Access remains available through the paid period after cancellation unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Spark Ads authorization

For eligible published posts, active customers may request a time-limited TikTok Spark Ads authorization code through the dashboard. You are responsible for your advertising account, campaign setup, targeting, budget, creative rights, and compliance with TikTok advertising policies. TikTok independently determines ad eligibility, review, delivery, and performance; NativePort does not guarantee ad approval or results.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, applicable law, and Polar's buyer terms. Polar may also issue refunds to prevent chargebacks. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Prohibited use

You may not use NativePort for unlawful content, unsolicited outreach, fake engagement or reviews, infringement, unauthorized access, deceptive activity, or instructions that violate applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. NativePort does not guarantee views, engagement, account performance, geographic audience composition, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous three months.

Platform independence and operational risk

NativePort is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may change its products, policies, eligibility rules, security checks, or recommendation systems at any time. US-side operation does not guarantee a US audience, Creator Rewards eligibility, monetization, distribution, account recovery, or freedom from platform enforcement.

Changes and governing rules

Material changes are presented for renewed acceptance in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting party shown on your invoice, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
