The service
NativePort is a self-service software workspace for organizing customer-owned media, briefs, versions, approvals, project dates, delivery links, and activity records. We do not access or operate third-party accounts or provide managed creative services.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your content and must have the rights and permissions required to upload and use it. You are responsible for your delivery decisions and compliance with any third-party service you use.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Billing, invoices, payment-method updates, and self-service cancellation are handled through Polar's customer portal. Access remains available through the paid period after cancellation unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, applicable law, and Polar's buyer terms. Polar may also issue refunds to prevent chargebacks. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Prohibited use
You may not use NativePort for unlawful content, unsolicited outreach, fake engagement or reviews, infringement, credential sharing, location or platform-rule circumvention, or unauthorized access to third-party data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. NativePort does not guarantee creative outcomes, business results, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous three months.
